You can access the Syllabi list from the left menu

Use the New button on the top right to get started with creating a new Syllabus (or creating a copy / clone of an existing one)

A syllabus is made up of smaller groups that allow you to organize your content. Your Study Plan will assign items starting from the top, while trying to balance the entire calendar.
